Tastes of Maple
Organizers of the third annual Tastes of Maple event are looking for local restaurants to highlight this year on April 2 at the Conference Center at Lake Placid.
They’re looking for local restaurants to participate with samples of culinary items prepared with locally produced maple products, plus beer and spirits tastings.
Attendance at last year’s event grew by about 20 percent over the first year, so it’s a great opportunity to connect directly with potential diners and shoppers.

The event will include live entertainment as well as maple tastings in which the attending public tastes and votes for their favorite maple syrup. It runs 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, April 2.
